ITINERARY

07:10 – 8:00 AM – Begin your day with a warm welcome from our friendly tour guide, who will meet you at your hotel or place of stay. After greeting you, we’ll embark on a 120km scenic journey by comfortable bus, taking you through the lush and verdant landscapes of northern Vietnam. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to enjoy views of the serene countryside, including rice paddies, quaint villages, and winding rivers. Midway through the trip, we’ll stop at a rest area to allow you to stretch your legs, grab a quick refreshment, and prepare for the adventures ahead.

10:30 – Arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel, a historical treasure that served as the capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries. Here, you’ll visit the King Dinh Temple, a structure dating back to the 17th century, and explore its rich history. Admire the intricate architectural details and hear fascinating stories about Vietnam’s early dynasties, their achievements, and their contributions to the country’s culture. The meal will be a perfect opportunity to relax, savor authentic flavors, and chat with fellow travelers about the morning’s experiences.

13:30 – Following lunch, you’ll embark on a serene sampan boat trip along the Ngo Dong River, operated and rowed by friendly local villagers. This peaceful journey will take you through a landscape of breathtaking natural beauty, where you can marvel at the karst limestone hills, vibrant rice fields, and tranquil villages that line the riverbanks. As you glide through the water, you’ll pass through three remarkable caves—Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba—each offering its own unique charm and atmosphere. If time permits, you’ll also have the option to enjoy a leisurely bike ride through the picturesque villages of Tam Coc, where you can experience the local way of life and capture stunning photos of the rural scenery.

15:30 – Next, we’ll visit Mua Cave, one of the most iconic destinations in the region. Begin an invigorating trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain, climbing approximately 500 stone steps. From the peak, you’ll be able to take in the expansive vistas of lush green fields, winding rivers, and majestic limestone mountains, creating a truly unforgettable experience. 17:15 – After a day filled with exploration and adventure, we’ll board the bus for the return journey to Hanoi. Sit back and relax as we drive through the countryside, reflecting on the highlights of your trip and enjoying the last glimpses of Vietnam’s scenic landscapes.
